Renault : les syndicats débrayent pour dénoncer un «chantage»

Un document de la direction, que publie «Libération», juge «inéluctable» des fermetures de sites si les négociations avec les syndicats n'aboutissent pas.

Des débrayages ont eu lieu mercredi dans plusieurs usines Renault l’appel de syndicats dont la CGT, qui dénoncent un «chantage de la direction» la fermeture de sites en cas d'échec de négociations sur un accord de compétitivité, une négociation que le gouvernement veut «loyale». Le projet de la direction qui doit être négocié avec les représentants syndicaux porte notamment sur la suppression de 8 260 emplois en France d’ici 2016, soit plus de 15% de ses effectifs, a priori sans fermeture de sites ni licenciements.

Selon trois syndicats, la direction de Renault a menacé lors d’une séance de négociations mardi de fermer deux sites du constructeur en France si aucun accord de compétitivité n'était trouvé au sein du groupe, sans préciser de quels sites il s’agissait. La direction du groupe, dont l’État est le premier actionnaire avec 15,01% du capital, a démenti avoir brandi cette menace. Le gouvernement, qui s'était jusqu’alors félicité de l’attitude de Renault, est monté au créneau pour affirmer son opposition tout chantage.

Un document de la direction remis aux représentants du personnel, dont l’AFP a pris connaissance mercredi, indique qu'« défaut (d’accord), l’engagement de ne pas fermer de sites ne pourrait être tenu et des fermetures de site seraient inéluctables». Ce document, qui comprend les propositions de la direction concernant cet accord, indique, en outre, que «l’engagement de ne pas faire de PSE (Plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi) ne serait pas tenable», s’il n’y avait pas accord.
